Highlights for the week ahead:

Monday,  October 2, 2023  Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees will meet at 7 pm for their regularly scheduled meeting. They will be hosting a workshop before the meeting at 5:30 pm. The workshop agenda includes the 2024 budget discussion and discussion of an orchard along 4th Ave in a buy-out parcel. The regularly scheduled meeting agenda is also posted.  The meeting includes an update from the Lyons Fire Protection District, an update from Boulder County Commissioner Loachamin, one ordinance for first reading, the consent agenda, and discussion/direction to staff about fire mitigation strategies.
 
Wednesday, October 4, 2023  Ecology Advisory Board
The Utilities and Engineering Board  (UEB) is scheduled to meet at 4:30 pm. The agenda is posted.. The UEB has one vacancy if you are interested in serving on this important commission.

Monday, October 9, 2023  Housing and Human Services Commission
The Housing and Human Services Commission (HHSC) will meet at 3:30 pm. The agenda will post 24 hours before the meeting.  The HHSC has one vacancy currently if you would like to get more involved.

The Lyons Arts and Humanities Commission (LAHC) will meet at 4:30 pm. The agenda will post 24 hours before the meeting. The LAHC has one vacancy if you would like to get involved with the arts in Lyons.

Thursday, October 12, 2023 Sustainable Futures Commission
The Sustainable Futures Commission (SFC) will meet at 6:30 pm. The agenda will post 24 hours before the meeting.
