Planet Bluegrass Public Hearing

Conditional Use Application


 
The Town of Lyons will be hosting several public hearings regarding the Planet Bluegrass Conditional Use application submitted. Per Lyons Municipal Code, the public hearings will be held by the Planning and Community Development Commission and a first and second reading before the Board of Trustees.

Notice is hereby given that on Monday, January 24, 2022 at 7:00 pm, via a virtual meeting, a public hearing  before the Planning and Community Development Commission will occur. The public hearing is to consider a Conditional Use Application to modify the approved site plan and keynotes to address current and anticipated needs of the property at 19680 North St. Vrain Drive. The primary modification is to the south grazing area of the Planet Bluegrass Farm to accommodate camping during major events. This includes changing the use to accommodate camping, storage, and an accessory dwelling.

Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, January 27th, 2022 at 5:30 pm, via a virtual meeting, a public hearing before the Board of Trustees will occur.  The public hearing is to consider the first reading on a Conditional Use Application to modify the approved site plan and keynotes to address current and anticipated needs of the property at 19680 North St. Vrain Drive. The primary modification is to the south grazing area of the Planet Bluegrass Farm to accommodate camping during major events. This includes changing the use to accommodate camping, storage, and an accessory dwelling.


Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at 5:00 pm, via a virtual meeting, a public hearing before the Board of Trustees will occur. The public hearing is a second reading to consider a Conditional Use Application to modify the approved site plan and keynotes to address current and anticipated needs of the property at 19680 North St. Vrain Drive. The primary modification is to the south grazing area of the Planet
Bluegrass Farm to accommodate camping during major events. This includes changing the use to accommodate camping, storage, and an accessory dwelling.

Members of the Public and other interested parties are hereby invited to attend the virtual public hearings (via zoom) and may be heard or submit written comments regarding the matter under consideration, to the Town Clerk, Dolores Vasquez to dvasquez@townoflyons.com or delivered to her at Town Hall, 432 5th Ave, Lyons, CO before the public hearing.
