Summit Housing Development ReviewTuesday, March 10, 7 pm
On Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at 7:00 pm, a public hearing will be held with the Planning and Community Development Commission as part of the development review of Tract A, the 21 multi-family units proposed by Summit Housing for the property at 0 Carter Drive.
The initial site development plan and submitted documents are posted online to review. The public is invited to speak about the development plan during public comment. Interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing or to submit written comments regarding Tract A to the Deputy Town Clerk at Town Hall, 432 5th Ave, Lyons, CO.

CDOT Construction Work US-36Full 30 day closure begins March 9A 30-day full closure of US 36 at MM 8 (West of Lyons on the way to Estes Park) is planned from March 9 through April 10. Visitors and residents of Lyons will need to take State Highway 7 as the detour route to Estes Park during the closure.

Currently there are vacancies for the Board of Adjustments, Ecology Advisory Board, Economic Vitality Commission, Housing and Human Services Commission, Planning and Community Development Commission and the Sustainable Futures Commission. Per the Lyons Municipal Code, members of the Board of Adjustments and the Planning and Community Development Commission must have lived in Lyons for at least one year. Learn about the open vacancies.
