Sections 24-6-402(4)(e) for the purpose of determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, developing strategy for negotiations, and instructing negotiators, and for receiving legal advice from attorneys representing the Town on specific legal questions, and specifically, determining negotiating positions and strategies regarding a Potential Lease between Spirithounds and the Town of Lyons and obtaining advice as needed from legal counsel on related legal issues
