Local Roads Update and Snow Response

Public works staff have been plowing the local roads throughout this storm, covered by two shifts operating since late yesterday afternoon when the snow began to fall, throughout the night and into this afternoon.

As a reminder, there is a priority snow response plan to plow the primary roads first as well as the steeper routes in town. Then staff plows secondary routes and alleys. Please see the snow response plan map.

Due to the large amount of snowfall, parks and public works staff will work on trails in the parks on Wednesday. Please be patient. It will take some time. Stay safe!

PAYT Meeting Cancelled

This evening's Pay As You Throw (PAYT) meeting has been cancelled and will be rescheduled, likely sometime after the Thanksgiving Holiday.
