August Utility Billing
The Town experienced a banking issue that is duplicating August utility billing charges for those customers with direct automatic bank payments. This does not affect Xpress Bill Pay customers. The Town has been working with the bank to address this issue and fix it immediately. You may see the payment deducted twice, in which case the bank is working to reverse this overnight.
