Tabor Notification for
April 3,2018 Election

All active, registered electors in the Town of Lyons should have received a TABOR NOTICE in the mail last week. The TABOR Notice you received was a Notice of Election to Increase Taxes on a Referred Measure.

The notification is NOT a BALLOT; it is a TABOR Notice that is required by the State of Colorado Constitution, Article X, Section 20 and Colorado Revised Statues.

BALLOTS will be mailed to all active, registered electors beginning on March 12, 2018.
BALLOTS are mailed in an Election Envelope with a Ballot, Secrecy Sleeve and a Return Envelope and must be returned to the Town Clerk’s Office by 7:00 pm on Election Day, April 3, 2018.
