Be Bear Aware The Bears are Back
After months of napping, the bears in Colorado are stretching out and ready to roam. They're trading in their cozy den for some serious snack hunting. Remember they are hungry. So... do NOT put your trash out the night before. Instead, be sure to keep your garbage in your garage or stored until the morning of your trash pick up. Or use a bear proof trash bin. Bring in any bird feeders. Bring in pet food. Do not make your yard the hottest bear buffet in town. Be bear smart. Be bear aware. Garbage kills bears.
