Board of Trustees Meeting

The Board of Trustees(BOT) will meet on Monday, July 15, 2024. The agenda for the July 15, 2024 meeting will be posted at least 24 hours before the meeting.
  Agenda items include:

• Proposition 123 Overview Workshop
• Workshop regarding Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and Environmental Protection Agency Brownfields Area Wide Planning Study
• Updates on 402 Main St, Sheriff's Office Update, Legal and Administrator Updates
• Second Reading and Public Hearing to add new sections to the Lyons Municipal Code regarding amending Planned Unit Developments
• Second Reading and Public Hearing amending sections of the Lyons Municipal Code to allow subdivision of lots recorded before March 20, 1929
• First Reading amending section 15-1-340 of the Lyons Municipal Code regarding the Five-Acre Rule
• Consent Agenda - items including Accounts Payable and Minutes
• Resolution to Rescind the Remote Meeting Policies 
• Mayoral Appointments to Boards and Commissions
• Discussion/Direction on Comprehensive Plan Updates 
  
  All BOT meetings and Board and Commission Meetings are open to the public. There is a zoom option for each meeting or residents may join in person at the Town Hall Board Room or online. Each agenda is posted in the agenda center, at least 24 hours in advance.
