Main St. Streetscape Update
This week, crews continue work on electrical and irrigation conduits along US-36, as well as curb and gutter preparation. The leads anticipate to begin pouring curb and gutter next Tuesday, June 14, beginning at 2nd Ave. and moving east. The curb and gutter west of 2nd Ave. will be poured later in the week.

The Town understands the importance of continuous movement on the highway during the busier season, and is working hard to ensure all four lanes of west and eastbound traffic remain open during weekends.
Traffic Signal
Earlier in the week, the traffic signal began flashing yellow and red. Federal Manual for Uniform Traffic Control Devices requires traffic lights to flash for a short period of time to alert drivers to the new signal.
Please remember:
Flashing Yellow = Proceed with caution through intersection
Flashing Red = Treat as stop sign - the vehicle must come to a complete stop and only proceed through the intersection or conduct a turn when it is safe to do so.
