Highlights for the week ahead:

Monday, April 17, 2023 5:30 pm  Board of Trustees Workshop
The BOT will be hosting a workshop regarding two items, the Boulder County IGA Process will be held from 5:30 - 6:00 pm. The St Vrain Trail and Railroad Ave Updates and discussion will be held from 6:00 pm - 6:50 pm.

Monday, April 17, 2023 7:00 pm  Board of Trustees Meeting
The regularly scheduled BOT meeting will begin at 7:00 pm. The BOT meets on the first and third Monday of each month. There are several consent items on the agenda. General Business will include direction to staff regarding the Railroad Ave and St Vrain Trail discussion from the workshop. In addition, there will be discussion regarding the LEAF Lease.  The agenda is posted and includes the zoom link for those who want to participate via zoom. The public is also welcome to join the meeting from town hall. 

Tuesday, April 18, 2023 6:30 pm  Ecology Advisory Board
The regularly scheduled meeting will begin at 6:30 pm. The EAB meets on the third Tuesday of each month via zoom. The agenda will post at least 24 hours before the meeting. 

Wednesday, April 19, 2023 9:30 am  Economic Vitality Commission
The EVC meets on the third Wednesday of each month. They have both hybrid and in person options– Lyons Regional Library or via zoom. The agenda will post at least 24 hours before the meeting. 

Wednesday, April 19, 2023 5:30 pm  Historic Preservation  Commission
The HPC meets on the third Wednesday of each month. They have both hybrid and in person options– Lyons Regional Library or via zoom. The agenda will post at least 24 hours before the meeting.  

All Board and Commission meetings are public meetings and the public is welcome.

Saturday, April 22, 2023 9 am - 11 am  Board of Trustees Meet and Greet  
On Saturday, April 22 there will be a Meet and Greet with several members of the current BOT. The Meet and Greet will be held at the Town's Public Works Facility and the public is welcome to chat with your BOT as well as tour the facility. The Meet and Greet and Open House will be from 9 am - 11 am. In addition, the Town will be hosting a limb drop off event on Saturday, April 22, from 8 am - noon in the front of the Public Works Facility, on the undeveloped land.
