The Town of Lyons will be hosting two public hearings to consider a development review plan for a 79 room hotel on the property at 343, 347 and 349 Main Street. Per Lyons Municipal Code, the public hearings will be held by the Planning and Community Development Commission and before the Board of Trustees.

Notice is hereby given that on Monday, January 24, 2022 at 7:00 pm, via a virtual meeting, a public hearing before the Planning and Community Development Commission will occur. The public hearing is to consider a development review plan for a 79 room hotel on the property at 343, 347 and 349 Main Street

Notice is hereby given that on Monday, February 7, 2022 at 7:00 pm, via a virtual meeting,
a public hearing before the Board of Trustees will occur. The public hearing is to consider a development review plan for a 79 room hotel on the property at 343, 347 and 349 Main Street.

Members of the Public and other interested parties are hereby invited to attend the virtual public hearings (via zoom) and may be heard or submit written comments regarding the matter under consideration, to the Town Clerk, Dolores Vasquez to dvasquez@townoflyons.com or delivered to her at Town Hall, 432 5th Ave, Lyons, CO before the public hearing.
