November 2021 Coordinated Election

State, County and Local

The 2021 Coordinated Election includes state, county, and local level content.
An issue on the ballot for Town of Lyons residents is a question regarding a solar facility and its location.

Shall the construction of a solar generation and battery storage facility be permitted on approximately one acre of Bohn Park, southwest of the Bohn Park Dirt Jump Bike Park in the Town of Lyons?

The Board of Trustees voted 6-0 in August to refer this ballot question to the voters. They also approved providing a pro-con statement for voters earlier this week by a vote of 3-2.

Colorado does not have a registration deadline. Eligible voters can register and vote up to and including Election Day, Tuesday, November 2. All eligible Colorado voters were automatically mailed a ballot beginning Oct 8. For more details on voting in the November 2 election, visit Boulder County Elections.
