EPA and Gasoline Spill

Hello Lyons! This is a reminder about the public meeting tonight.
Many of you have kept abreast of the gasoline spill and the response in the past few weeks. Tonight, via zoom, the EPA and partner agencies invite you to join them for a short presentation where residents may learn more regarding the emergency response and clean-up. Join the discussion via zoom and the partner agencies who will be available to answer questions.
The EPA together with Boulder County Public Health, Colorado State Patrol, Colorado Dept of Fish and Wildlife and Colorado Public Health will be hosting this public meeting to answer questions and review the data from the gasoline spill which happened last month.

Also the EPA has released a fact sheet focused on frequently asked questions and community resources. The EPA did note that spring run off, combined with rain and moisture has greatly helped with dissipation.
