Cameron Peak Fire Update
Lyons Fire Protection District and the Town of Lyons wants to ensure that our community has the most up to date information possible regarding the Cameron Peak Fire to our north.
As of this morning, Saturday October 17
th, the fire has remained north of Highway 34 and there are no evacuations affecting our fire district.

The best way to ensure you will be notified if an evacuation occurs in your area is to sign up for the Larimer County and/or Boulder County emergency messaging systems. Those two sites can be found here:

As of right now, the best way to help is to take care of yourself and your neighbors. Preparedness is critical during these times and everyone can do their part.
