Boulder County Issues Stay at Home Order
Effective Thursday, March 26 at 8 a.m
Boulder County has issued a Stay at Home Order, effective Thursday, March 26 at 8 a.m. The order requires all individuals anywhere within
Boulder County to
stay at home (also known as shelter in place), except for certain defined essential activities, work, and services.
As part of the order Town of Lyons parks are open for purposes of outdoor activity, such as walking, hiking, biking, running, and similar activities, but all playgrounds, tennis courts, basketball courts, picnic areas, and other similar areas conducive to public gathering shall be closed. Signs noting these changes will be posted by Town staff.
The order is in place until April 17, 2020, although it may be extended by Boulder County.
