Confluence Area CIP Update

Right-of-Way Seeding Notice

The Confluence Area CIP contractors will be seeding the right-of-way frontages that had been disturbed by construction. The seeding has been pre-selected for low maintenance and resiliency.

Each frontage will be seeded; however, property owners wishing to further improve their property may request their property be left unseeded. To submit this request, please email Joe or Dave (contact below) by Monday, Oct. 31, at 4:00 p.m.

Seeding is scheduled for the first week of November.

As a friendly reminder, Town ordinance (LMC § Sec. 7-2-150.) states it is the responsibility of the property owner to maintain the right-of-way adjacent to private property.
